Return Policy
RPS Effects products come with a 30-day money back guarantee (not including shipping). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at info@rpseffects.com, referencing the order number received by email upon purchase, within 30 calendar days of your purchase date to arrange the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and must ensure the product(s) timely arrival by using a tracked shipping method with a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.
The returned item(s) must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to deduct a certain percentage of the returned product's value from the refund if the item is deemed to be unsuitable for restocking, or otherwise fully reject the return in the case of excessive wear.
Limited Warranty and Repairs
RPS Effects products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty policy. This warranty covers any failures or defects that occur while using the product within the normal specified operating conditions (i.e. damage resulting from connecting an incorrect power supply is not covered).
If a failure does occur within the 1-year period (from date of purchase), please contact us via email at info@rpseffects.com, referencing the order number (sent by email upon purchase), with a brief description of the problem.
If necessary to send the product back to us for repair, all shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. Upon reception, it is at the discretion of RPS Effects whether the damage resulted from misuse or modification of the product; in this case, the warranty may be nullified.
In cases where the Warranty is not applicable, RPS Effects can still repair damaged products for a reasonable cost, depending on the nature of the problem.
